NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – For the first time, Sunday Today’s Willie Geist is bringing his Sunday Sitdowns on the road.
Geist will bring his show to Nashville, with none other than country music star Luke Combs.
You might remember Geist’s taping with Nashville comedian Nate Bargatze in New York. Geist says people traveled from all over the country to see it and expects the same in Music City.
He is a Vanderbilt University graduate and says Nashville is like a second home to him. So, it only made sense to host it here.
“We wanted to invite our viewers into the room with us and get kind of see how the sausage is made, ask some questions, be an interactive part of the conversation. So there was nowhere else, after home base in New York City, that I was going to come to Nashville,” Geist said.
The live show will happen on January 19 at City Winery. A VIP ticket will get you access to a pre-show reception where you can meet and take a picture with Geist.
Some levels of tickets are sold out, but general admission is still available.
