RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – We are receiving multiple reports of power outages stretching across western South Dakota and parts of Wyoming.
Rapid City officials urge extreme caution for drivers especially at intersections where traffic lights and signals may be out. Use four-way stop protocols.
The city advises that if you do not need to travel, stay in place.
Due to the outage, Rapid City Transit is is suspending operations until 2:30 p.m.
