Track and field heptathlon world champion Anna Hall had exciting news to share with her fans this week.

Hall, 24, rose to stardom in 2022 when she won two NCAA Division I titles while representing the University of Florida. By 2025, she won the heptathlon at the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships. She became the second American woman to win this event, dominating the field with 6,888 points.

“This gold means so much,” Hall said after her win in Tokyo. “Jackie (Joyner-Kersee) and I have talked about the Worlds, and I am so glad to finally get my gold. I struggled with injuries in 2024, and my body did not let me perform to my full potential in Paris (2024 Olympics). Moving forward, I will continue to put my head down and try to improve in every event.”

Off the track, Hall has been dating New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton. The former fifth-round pick from Auburn received a three-year, $36 million contract during the 2025 offseason.

Slayton is currently dealing with a hamstring injury. That being said, he was able to get down on one knee and propose to Hall this month.

Hall shared photos from the proposal on Friday night along with this caption: “My whole entire heart. In the exact place we first met I got to say yes to me & you forever.”

2025 has been a dream for Hall.

Earlier this year, Hall made her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut. She posed for photos in Boca Raton.

“My body changed a lot from track growing up. I was always just naturally slender, [I] had a hard time putting on muscle and I got really used to being skinny,” Hall said, via SI Swimsuit. “Then I got to college, and I realized that, to be good, I needed to put on a lot of muscle. There was definitely some growing pains in learning to be comfortable, just having a body that looks different.”

We’re not sure if Hall will be featured in the 2026 edition of SI Swimsuit. She will, however, be planning a wedding in the coming months.

Congratulations to Hall and Slayton on their engagement.
