Love him or not, New York’s first socialist mayor is about to take office following a historic Election Day victory. We here at The Post can never resist an opportunity to poke pun and our “Red Apple” post-election cover is a prime example. Whether you’re happy with the results or contemplating fleeing the city, there’s no denying that big things are happening in our beloved city. To quote the musical based on our paper’s fearless founder, Alexander Hamilton, “History is happenin’ in Manhattan…” and you can own a piece of that history with this limited-edition metal plate showcasing our cover from November 5th, 2025. The hand of capitalism extends an olive branch to our communist friends…yours for $75.

Made from a combination of aluminum and wood, this 12″×12″ cover reprint works equally well as wall art or desk decor. It’s manufactured to be scratch and fade resistant, making it easy to clean without fear of ruining the art. The news cycle never stops and front pages come and go, but this one felt like a moment to capture and immortalize.

If your walls are filled and your desk is cluttered, you could also go the apparel route. Yes, you can now parade around town rocking Mamdani’s mug on your body. We made mugs, too!
