Charleston police seek public’s help locating missing 19-year-old

CHARLESTON , S.C. (WCIV) — The Charleston Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating a missing 19-year-old.

Owen Tillman Kenney was last seen in the area of King Street and Burns Lane early Friday, according to CPD. Kenney was last seen wearing a Boston Celtics jersey.

Anyone with information on Kenney’s whereabouts is asked to contact CPD at 843-720-2422.
